Under his plan, Florida loses 4 Democratic members of Congress, including Darren Soto’s seat in Orlando, Kathy Castor’s seat in Tampa, and Lois Frankel’s and Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s seats in South Florida. All wiped out, so Republicans can lock in power before November’s midterm elections. |
