Dear Solivita Democratic Club Members,

 

Many of you have reached out asking for guidance in filling out your primary ballots. Below is the link to the Voters’ Guide prepared by the Polk County Democratic Executive Committee (DEC):

 

Please note that neither the DEC nor the Solivita Democratic Club endorses one Democrat over another in a contested Democratic primary race. In the nonpartisan Polk County School Board races, the DEC is recommending the following candidates:

 

 

School board members and judges play a significant role in protecting democratic rights and institutions. These races matter, and they are often decided by very small margins.

 

If you received a vote‑by‑mail ballot, please return it as soon as possible.

 

If you plan to vote in person, please make a plan now to get to the polls.
