Solivita Advisory Committee (SAC)
The Solivita Advisory Committee (SAC) is made up of nine Solivita residents from different neighborhoods in the community. The SAC’s role includes acting in an advisory capacity to the Board of Directors regarding the quality of life issues of concern to homeowners and to assist the management company in matters such as reviewing specifications and vendor bids for contracts, evaluating vendor performance on their contracts, and addressing Association business issues.
The SAC meets once a month in sessions that can last up to 2 hours, depending on the number and complexity of matters discussed. Members serve three-year terms, and three two members will be replaced each year in January. At this time, we (SAC) are recruiting for new members to replace this year’s three exiting members.
To apply for the SAC, please complete a Solivita Advisory Committee application and return it to the Administration office or email it to advisorycommittee@solivitahoa.com by August 9, 2019. Applications are available at the Concierge Desk in Administration and online at the HOA website, www.solivitahoa.com.
