All registered Democrats who believe public education is an investment in our future; in Polk County, in Florida, and in the United States are welcome to join. If you want to know more about what we do and what we can do together, please come to this important meeting.
The mission of the DPECF is to advocate for better public education policies by educating voters through data-driven messaging, challenging false narratives, and helping elect pro-public education candidates to local, state and federal offices.
The DPECF believes that public schools should be the pillars in communities that help families thrive and where children learn the knowledge and skills necessary to become members of our society and economy.

Judge Bob Doyel. Bob was a lifetime leader in the Polk County Democratic Party. He ran for numerous state and county offices after a long and successful career as a Family Court Judge.
Bob’s celebration of life will be held at the American Legion in Winter Haven on Saturday, March 15, at 11:00 a.m. The Legion building overlooks Lake Silver.
